The InkSpot Brewery

The Inkspot Brewery is sheltered within the historical Streatham Rookery, a grade II listed gardens in SW London. On warmer weather and lighter nights they have ‘Shutters up’ event, where freshest cold beer and live cooking over fire comes together.

I collaborated with Chef Joe Lambert of @Firepit_London to offer a vegan dish on their menu.
